Controls odors in your home, not sure how but it is. It's not an air freshener that leaves your home with a scent that kills the stench. It has an orange scent, but it's fleeting and that's not the point. However, many reviewers seem to think that it was. Bottle. It is only intended to counteract odors. I have a very old three legged cat who can't jump in the litter box anymore so she uses washcloths. Sometimes it is absent and sometimes urine runs over the edges of the pads or the pads leak. I have tiled floors and the thought of the urine being soaked in the solution and having no way of getting it out is driving me insane. I saw kennels/vets use this and it dawned on me that if there is no urine smell in a place with more urine on the floor than me, this must have worked for me. I was so concerned that there was old urine deep in the solution that I poured some strong solution into the solution. Now I fill the sink with some water, add it and wipe it off with a rag. I no longer smell urine at all when I walk into a room with his piss pads on! I also poured water out of the same sink and mopped up the whole house after scrubbing the floors with something else. It dries quickly and leaves no streaks or stickiness. I will continue to use it to ensure there are no odors in my home.
