It reaches past my waist. I love that it has adjustable straps so I can get just the right fit. The stretchy smocking on the top makes it possible for a variety of chest sizes to wear it. The peplum bottom is very cute while also hiding my mama belly. I love the red color with subtle floral pattern. This top looks nice alone or with a cardigan, so it can transition through seasons. I washed mine on gentle cycle and hung to dry and it still looks new.
