I was really hoping for this, but in the end it didn't make sense at all. The first problem I had was that it was too thick, so I couldn't sit comfortably in any chair with it. Secondly, it can only be used for 15 minutes before it turns off automatically. You then had to wait at least 15 minutes before you could use it again. This time wasn't enough for me. Finally, my pain was mostly centered in the middle of my lower back and this device wasn't hitting the right spot. For these reasons I sent it back and will look around for something more useful. I liked the fact that it could be used both wired and wireless. It seems that most of these devices only use AC power.
