The invoice is great but the packaging caused a serious problem. Adhesive tape was used to cover an open box window, causing the tape to stick to the skin. The residue stuck to the skin, leaving an awful lot of glue. I would have sent it back but wasn't sure if the next wallet I mailed would also have a ribbon. It took over an hour to get the leather in shape with a leather cleaner and conditioner so I could donate a handbag. I hope this hasn't happened to anyone yet.
