This costume is perfect for Halloween! Through trial and error, I found that it fits my cat perfectly and it's NOT too tight around their neck. The glow-in-the-dark skeleton design is so cool and really stands out at night.It's made of great quality material and I can tell it will last for many uses. The only con is that it's a little pricey, but it's worth it for the unique design. A great addition to my cat`s Pet Supplies!
