Very flexible, easy to use for all levels of users from novice through expert! The customer service team at ETernet are always available if you need help with anything or just want some friendly chat about your business they will be happy to assist in any way possible. I would highly recommend this product - it's been great working alongside them as we developed our own system which has now become very successful thanks to their support when things go wrong!! Highly recommended. We have used other products but none that compare to Eternets ease of set up/use & flexibility once installed! It was important not only to provide an efficient platform for booking appointments via website (as well as phone) but also one where staff could log time spent doing admin tasks etc without needing access to computer / internet away site.
