There aren't that many reviews for the ipad digitizer and I believed it when I got it and I'm glad I got it. Good All tools are very helpful and helped me remove cracked digitizer with ease. Has an instructions page explaining the process. Poor but customer service saves the day. I'm probably lucky. The touch in the upper left corner slipped off after replacement. Reconnected several times, but still behaves the same. Contacted support and sent them a video of the problem. A few hours later I received a replacement from Revain the next day. Speaking of customer service. Thanks again.
