Review on Notiphy by Brad Knierim

The dashboard allows you see all of your employees at once as well has giveing them access for certain functions like viewing time cards or accessing HR specific information via an app called HireConnect which was very helpful! I do not have any dislikes about this product but would love if it had more features added such as tracking employee performance reviews/evaluations etc., however overall we are happy so far!! We were able track our hours worked per week versus days off taken by each member within my department along side other benefits earned (such as vacation) vs lost due to sickness absence - allowing me easily compare against others when looking out across departments / locations.
