Ignore people who say it's too sharp. It's not sharp at all, it's just thin. When pressed against the finger, it doesn't hurt. You then need it to get between your teeth. The people who stab themselves are probably the same people who will cut it if they try to remove it because they are careless. As one of the other reviewers said, if this is you stay away, otherwise it's great to have on your keychain to brush between your teeth. A few more points that I like about this device. It has an O-ring that seals it tight and keeps the pick clean. The lock pick attaches to the screw cap so it doesn't rattle inside and you don't have to keep up with the cap as it's part of the handle.
