The Gel Nimbus Lite 2 is a rebound shoe that gets me running much faster almost immediately than the Nimbus Gel 23 (a great lightweight casual shoe). Of course, the architecture between the two is completely different, except maybe the FlyteFoam midsole. The ride is much firmer but still cushions very well at higher speeds and has a rebound that puts energy back into your stride. Despite being a neutral shoe and a lighter construction, the Gel Nimbus Lite 2 has a measure of Stability built into the midsole. comfortable, well padded for faster days and seems to last a lot of miles.
