I've been using Crest 3D White for years and it has flaked my mouth to the point where I kept sticking my tongue in the flaking flesh and removing it. For years I thought I was just missing certain vitamins or something, but it turns out it was just the toothpaste I was using. After doing a little research online I decided to give Tom's toothpaste a try and it is one of the best self care decisions I have ever made. The inside of my mouth has COMPLETELY stopped peeling. Not only that, but if I were to replace the label on this product with that of a popular toothpaste, I would never know it was a natural product. It is so good. (I've tried many natural products that seem ineffective, but this one works just as well as its famous "chemical" counterparts.) It keeps my breath fresh, my teeth smooth and shiny, and it helps keep my teeth white. I'm probably sounding like a paid ad right now, but I promise it's not sponsored, and I'm thrilled to finally find a toothpaste that's chemical-free and still works. It's worth noting that my body and skin are quite sensitive, and I don't hesitate to use a more "chemical" version of something if I feel like it works better than the "natural" one. However, this toothpaste is so good that I choose it over any other toothpaste every time. I highly recommend it.
