Some people say they are difficult to use but I like them because they are very light, flexible and not as stiff as the B/A straps that I used to have I've been using them non-stop for 2 weeks and I've already noticed some wear but I think that's partly because what I call the dog bone is "the part that goes in front of the hoop that the belt goes through" ", was not manufactured. Fine. The black fabric protectors sewn into the loops are removable and provide extra wear. Could use more quality control but other than that I'm still happy with them
