This is a cute lightweight cape that can provide a very moderate level of warmth. The statement in the product description that this garment is weatherproof is ridiculous. I'm sure it's ok if it's a little chilly outside or cozy inside, but it's not even as warm as your average sweater. I ordered fuchsia and the color and design are really nice. The ends are decorated with tassels. I'm 5'4" and the cloak is quite long in the front (mid-thigh) and barely covers my back. It covers my arms and hands completely; Sitting down isn't a problem, but when I'm walking on mine, it's not a problem If I want to grab a purse or have a drink or take something with me, I either have to pull the fabric up, which causes the neckline to slip, or stretch my hand ( and ) in front, which I think causes the switch to unbutton. The cape (looks despite the Product Description not really like a sweater or poncho) is thin and very soft. The stitching joining the two parts of the Joining the hood and attaching the hood to the rest of the cloak has a lot of uneven stitches and stretched threads. The cloak is large, as is the hood.le Toggle & Loop (faux horn/faux leather) but opens easily.Current price is $23.99 which seems fair if someone is looking for something cute and quirky and nu r needs a touch of warmth.
