I bought this because I needed a replacement fast and Motorola is taking forever to deliver (or you have to pay a hefty shipping fee). It looks just like the original but was a bit difficult to put on and take off. This problem eventually caused it to fall apart when I removed it. I ended up in a phone with a silver tip and a black tip in my hand. It took forever to get the part out. I would be very upset if I finally couldn't handle it. It's a terrible thing. Do yourself a favor and order a pair direct from Motorola and have them handy if you lose the original.
