I really liked this backpack when I received it. although I've since changed my 4⭐ to 1⭐. First, it's really small. If I just used it for the wallet, that would be fine. I take the bus to and from work, read books and carry a small to medium bottle of water. I can't carry my umbrella or anything. Secondly, I didn't like the zippers at first, they are difficult to open and close. Now when I leave, the zipper in the main compartment opens. Thank god someone told me that before my stuff fell out. Third, the strap adjustment hardware moves on its own so I have to constantly readjust it. Unfortunately the returns/exchanges window has closed so all I can do is buy a larger backpack bag.
