When it arrived it was very nicely packaged and presented in a representative manner. Everything was as it should be. Pen, straw, cleaner, #1 and #2 lids, and the cup itself. As for the leak, it's usually a sealed cup until you treat it like a rag doll. As for holding, I don't recommend this for someone with small hands because if you're like me the grip feels weird so I'm just carrying it now. I have big gorilla hands for a woman so that's not a problem for me. Just a warning for people with small hands. It is very easy to clean, even the top cover can be opened and cleaned. Be careful as this is a plastic latch that can break. I didn't break mine, but I did knock on wood. In any case, this mug was definitely a good investment, I threw this villain off the roof of my car and he's still standing strong. I highly recommend it.!
