I have been using henna products for some time as I have developed an allergy to normal hair dyes; Yoda develops a severe, itchy rash on his skin after dying his hair normal. I have found that this product, henna powder, seems to work better than gel or cream henna, although I dye very stubborn facial or beard hair white to gray and mix this with vinegar, make it very thick and use an old toothbrush. Apply only to very clean and washed hair while still damp, then cover with a plastic bag and then on a heating pad on medium setting for about an hour and then rinse gently. do not comb as this product coats the hair. It lasts about 2 weeks on my beard or less depending on beard hair growth. but i am not allergic to it and am very happy with the color, dark brown or sable is my favorite. and you can use it many times. this original guide is from a similar product and my own experiments; It works out.
