I like the idea of having an open power connector body for long exposures. The camera is mounted on the windshield. I have a 4 hour video using an external battery and USB power adapters plugged into my cigarette lighter. Locking problem! Very cheap, fell apart twice and very very difficult to take apart once you have the camera right. It seems you can just reach out, release the latch and remove the camera so as not to damage the scope. . . not so. I have to disassemble the case to unlock the back and pull out the camera, knocking the target. When I'm ready for my next session, I have to reset the body, go through the app to set everything up, aim, and then get going. Load! A suitably sized rubber band will probably suffice. UPDATE: May 29, 2014 Upon my initial check, the latch failed completely and became detached from the case. However, shortly after purchasing this case, I bought http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DYQQEES/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I can fit the body into the lid after cutting off the back and sides (port) of the lid skin to provide enough support to hold the door tight. Works like a champ! Still sticking with my 2 star rating.
