Who doesn't love a beautiful snow white smile and over the years I usually do it every other year, I usually read reviews before I buy anything but this one I thought would be ok I am me too am terrible at reading instructions so it was clear that if I tried to do two in a day I would get a very touchy reaction. I went back to one a day for 7 days more than enough for a healthy white smile on my face Summer They lost a star because YES what were they doing cutting the bottom strip so small so annoying that it just doesn't cover all of my visible bottom teeth. Maybe I'll pay more attention to the reviews next time.
