Bought these to save money and replaced the ink cartridges in my Canon Pixma MP560. I printed a few documents and the color changed a bit, but for my purposes it didn't matter that much. Much later I had to print some photos. The color was off, but light blue horizontal stripes were also printed on the photographs. Tried three deep clean cycles and printhead alignment but still nothing. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that blue stripes were printed on the photo and no colors were missing, as if the print head was clogged. I replaced the cyan cartridge and got a B200 error message. The printer turns on, displays a message, and does nothing else, not even moving the ink cartridges, when the cover is open. Tried different reset options but no change. Manually cleaned print head - still B200. I could try ordering Canon brand ink cartridges but if that doesn't work I'll lose another $50. At this point, repairing the printer costs more than replacing it. I've never used my printer that much, but now I can't use it at all, not even for copying or scanning. I was trying to save some money on ink thinking it might be a good deal even if it's not a very good quality. It would have been a big deal if the cartridges worked, but it cost me a lot more than what I paid for the ink. It cost me my trusty little printer. Be suspicious that so many buyers have had such good experiences with these ink cartridges while others have destroyed their printers.
