Assembly was easy enough for a child to do and was done in minutes. The chair itself is well made, but the massage cushion, which is supposed to support the lower back, is a bit unwieldy as you have to manually lift it up and put it in the right place every time. If there was a way to attach it to the straps to adjust it up and down as needed, that would improve the user experience. The seat is comfortable too, but after an 8-hour day at work, I know for a fact that I wasn't sitting on cushions. :) The last thing advertised is that it should lean. I close and open but it never tilts. Nevertheless, I can definitely recommend this chair. My chair is strictly for my home office, but I'm considering buying another for my son for play and homeschooling.
