So far I am very happy with this IPL device! I just received it yesterday and couldn't wait to try it! Just a little background, I know a lot about IPL and RF beauty machines, I've had a few different machines ranging from $50-$7000, I've practiced hair removal/tattoo removal on clients and I've done it myself at a salon, and I can honestly say THIS MACHINE WORKS FANTASTIC! To be honest, I didn't have high hopes for something that only costs $200, but I'm more than impressed with its performance. I know it works because not only can I smell exploding hair follicles when I use it (it smells like burnt hair), but I can only tell by the sound of the light and the intensity of the pain. And yes I know everyone wants "pain free hair removal" let me be the first to tell you that HAIR REMOVAL AND/OR TATTOO REMOVAL WILL BLOW! Pain tolerance varies from person to person, and some people may not think that radio frequencies and intense pulsed light cause pain, but I believe out of responsibility! They are not comfortable to say the least. So I'm gonna lie to you and say this machine doesn't hurt.? NO! Sure, it stings, but beauty is pain, and you won't get the results you want unless you're in pain. Well, can I recommend this machine? Well, yes, ABSOLUTELY! One of the best cheap IPLs I've ever dealt with. Like I said I only got it yesterday so I'll update this review in a few months if I don't see a change in my hair growth but I'm unlikely to see what I'm seeing now. All I can say is that this is a quality machine. So yes, take the plunge, spend $200 and I promise you will be very happy with this little workhorse!
