I am absolutely obsessed with this. I was a little annoyed that I had to remove the roll to put in the freezer instead of putting everything in at once, but honestly it works so well I don't care! I got this because I saw a video of a woman using it to sculpt her face and I couldn't believe how well she contoured her face with it. After reading the reviews, I saw that it has great health benefits as well. My husband and I now use it every time we have a headache and I can tell you that ten minutes of rolling it on your forehead makes those headaches go away! GOOD PRODUCT!
