Your paper cutter works like new!
My Carl paper cutter is one of the best paper cutters I have ever used! It's easy to use and SAFE, unlike knife blades. Cutting discs last a long time, but nothing lasts forever. After using my cutter for a few years, I decided to replace the cutter AND the mat. My paper cutter is like new! I've changed mats several times in my cutter's life, but this is the first time I've changed the cutting wheel. And while the new wheel cuts a lot easier, the old wheel isn't quite worn out yet. I'm glad Carl offers replacement parts for their wonderful paper cutters!
