I would give more stars if I could! These are the only chemical free products. I have always had acne and am now in my 30's and still have acne. I have tried many expensive products but none of them worked for me. I've also had my fair share of pharmacy products. In the last 2 months I've become very strict about choosing products that don't contain chemicals. I use cosDna.com to check the ingredient details. I have changed all products. Right now I'm looking for a natural sunscreen and moisturizer. When I first used this product, I probably didn't get it. This works best if you've had some water on your face. Splash the water 2-3 times and then use this product. This is a cleansing foam. The first time I just squirted water and put the product in, so I had to use more product. The second time I used it was after a shower and to my surprise I was able to cover my face with it with just a tiny foam base pumped out. My skin felt better with it. Since I couldn't find a moisturizer, I use witch hazel toner. My skin is clearer and I don't have any new pimples. I used to have small pimples and painful papules. I have sensitive skin and I highly recommend this product. If nothing, just try this one like you've tried the others. I know that every skin is different. But I really hope it works for you. Check the ingredients list to make sure you are not allergic to natural ingredients. PS He also takes my eyeliner. So it's great for removing makeup.
