We have a small older cat and this was due to replace the old worn out wood which she and her (now deceased) brother used and abused as a fresh start after we moved to a new house. It was easily assembled by a couple of people in a short amount of time, no complications except accidentally turning one of the screws in the wrong place which was easy to fix. The fabric is soft and looks good. When we moved in, she liked having a "cave" as a safe place to sleep (or pout). That's a good height, and in fact she usually prefers to only climb the first, lower tower and not the very top, but the climber will really appreciate the height. Our cat also really likes scratching posts and this is probably the most used feature. Sometimes she also enjoys banging on hanging bells. All in all, we think it's a good buy.
