Compression fit is perfect for MMA
I usually wear medium sized tops (34B, 29" waist, broad shoulders) but I wear a larger size for that. The medium was very tight, especially in the armpits. The large size fit much better it was snug just how i wanted it without being uncomfortable remember i was looking for a brazilian jiu jitsu (wrestling type) compression fit to reduce carpet burn if you prefer a semi-loose fit to a looser fit, you can go 2 sizes up.
