I am currently 5 months pregnant and suffering from sciatica and back pain. I had trouble finding a pillow that suits my needs as I prefer to use my personal pillow. This pillow met all my needs and was amazing. I can use it for my legs and back and use my own pillow for my head. If you are interested in the size I am 5ft 1in and this is perfect for me. However my boyfriend is 6ft 0in and this is perfect for him too and now he wants the same for his back pain too so we will be buying a second one to help him too. It's not too soft and not too hard. It's a good balance between the two. It's not just for pregnant women and we both highly recommend it! If you use it straight instead of bending it like I did, it will fit most beds. We have a king size bed and it fits in well with plenty of space.
