The platform is super easy to use, I can search for jobs in my field using keywords that are relevant to me without spending hours looking through job postings or applying to roles. It's also got an excellent community of users who provide tips and tricks as well as advice on what you should be doing differently when searching for your next role. There is nothing really about this site that i dislike, but there could definitely be some additional features added! If you're looking for something relatively simple and straightforward then this might not be for you - it does have more complex functionality like sourcing candidates from LinkedIn profiles etc., which makes sense given the size of their market place where they work with over 40 million people. However, if all you want to do is post/find jobs, apply for them and move onto the next one than this will suit perfectly.
