I like that it shows me what my team has done in regards to previous jobs. When we have new projects that require us to follow up with clients/customers about past projects or current status updates, our ability to stay organized is greatly enhanced by this tool. Sometimes i would like to click through multiple tabs at once if there are several open but sometimes it gets confusing - maybe more options could be added? Overall, great product! We use the addon all the time now so no complaints! The only thing we don't really do here at the office anymore (but did when starting out) was taking calls and talking to customers directly. Now everything related to customer service comes via an email or text message sent over this program.
