This tote is big and fits a great deal but it's not an albatross like some totes that are on the larger size. I dont know why that is but you don't look like you're carrying half your life with you, even though you are carrying half your life with you.The zipper is easier to open when there is some weight inside the bag. I don't know if I am explaining that correctly so hopefully you know what I mean.The best feature in my eyes is the handles. They are smooth and silky, almost like a heavy duty ribbon kind of smoothness. I didn't realize that my other tote had handles that were uncomfortable until I carried this tote for the day and noticed how my hand didn't feel like it was crimped from the webbing texture from the handles of my usual go-to tote bag.The only downfall in my eyes is that there isn't a pocket on the inside of the tote. There is only an additional pocket on the outside and being as that it's mesh, anything you put in there is on display for everyone to see. So I won't be putting my wallet in there or anything of a great value. If you are going to use this as your gym tote, you may not care about not having that option. I carry a tote like this when I go shopping so that I can use it as my shopping bag and i also throw my wallet and phone inside so that I am not carrying a handbag plus another tote. I just find that easier.Also, the handles, while I love them, I wish that they were all black in color and didn't have white stripes bc the white will eventually show the dirt.Both of those negatives to me are still not enough to deduct stars from my review. I really do love this tote and find it to be stylish, accommodates a great deal of stuff and it's very comfortable to carry.I hope my humble opinion helps you in some way.Thank you for reading. :)
