Out of all the generic brands, I like this brand the best. In the beginning they seemed worried about the quality of the product and they checked if the order was satisfactory. Although I do not need to contact customer service after receiving the toner to guarantee satisfaction, they will contact me and say that their customer service is good. I don't know how many pages we actually print (I know a lot!). Toner can last a long time. I think it's great because, as I said, we print a lot! ). The price is great too! Bail us out as we are a small business so toner can be a big expense for us.
