Looks like the original except for one small issue.
My daughter's laptop burned out. I've never had a problem with unbranded items, but I need to learn to be skeptical about things. This item looks pretty damn similar to the original, only it has a longer cord. Here the similarity ends. After a few days of use, my daughter's laptop just gave up. This is not an old Lenovo - it was bought for a school a few months ago and she loves it! Now it's over as it won't turn on and the DC jack has a slight burnt smell. If you need a new replacement adapter, buy a genuine Lenovo one and save yourself the heartache.
