My girl is 5 years old but her waist is so thin that sometimes she still wears size 3 or 4 pants. I ordered both 3/4 and 5/6 to check sizes and 5/6 fits perfectly. They're a little loose around the legs but fit a lot better than the 3/4, which she says squeezes the legs together. The color is fantastic too. It's definitely a BRIGHT neon yellow green, which is what we wanted.
