Just received Burst Sonic and have used it twice. My first reaction was that there's nothing softer than bristles, that they can clean anything effectively, and for the most part I'm right. The pressure setting is too high, it shuts off with little to no pressure on your teeth so you literally barely have to touch the head with your teeth to make it vibrate. It cleans teeth quite well, but in between or even where teeth meet, the bristles are too soft to clean. This brush head is great for gum lines due to the thin bristles, but that's about it. After that I went back to my teeth with my old and worn out Phillips Sonicare and he removed what the blast left behind. If Burst offered a harder bristle head for those of us who prefer it, then this could be a decent experience in an electric toothbrush. This product will be useful for people with very sensitive teeth and gums. I should mention that in my previous career I was a periodontist assistant and a cosmetic dentist assistant. I'm not a professional, but I know a thing or two about dentistry. Also, I know when to brush my teeth. the product didn't deliver that but my gum line feels good. Ha! I'll use it a few more times to try it out, but I don't have high hopes for it.
