The screen suddenly breaks

Bought this tablet and the protective film for it 10 days ago, today I grabbed it and I hear a crack, yes you read that, ok, it's cracking me emailed their customer support but I'm pretty sure they will figure it out, it hasn't suffered from falls or bumps, it just broke, saved some money and got something else. Also, their endorsement is somewhat @outlook.com, so not really a reputable company
