I used it as a bridge between a Comcast Xfinity box (RCA connector) and a bluetooth transmitter (3.5mm connector). Works great, now I can watch TV through Bluetooth headphones. If you're doing a similar setup, note that the audio coming through the Comcast Xfinity box doesn't have a volume control. You must use the volume control on your headphones to adjust the sound. My headphones were still too loud at the lowest volume, so I added a volume control (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008DJTB32/ref=cfb_at_prodpg) between this cable and my transmitter so I could toggle the output from Comcast could field down.
