I was a bit skeptical because I couldn't imagine how it could clean my coffee grinder. Skepticism aside, I used 40g of these yellow cleaning beans on my addition grinder and set them to extra fine. And as if by magic, all hardened coffee residues were removed. I usually had to use a toothpick and still couldn't remove the hardened coffee that was sometimes clogging the grinder. The picture shows that all remains are gone. I don't have a "before" photo, but it was full of coffee residue that I had a hard time removing with a toothpick because it was hardened and compressed. no matter how hard it is pressed against the grinder. It works the same way vinegar works on rust, I don't know how else to describe it. It just kills coffee residue.
