", "screen freezes" etc. I've been working 2 hours 12/18/20 with a tech and thought we fixed it BUT I had some of the same issues last night and this morning I have sent a replay of the letter to the letter received yesterday after the tech session, I am awaiting a response. I like a lot about computers but I can't stand the constant hassles.I was thinking of returning and replacing with a similar quality Lenovo or Acer.I was struggling to decide when my wife would switch to an all in one computer. My daughter is a big Dell fan and I have tested many similar products and decided to give this product a try based on reviews of other similar but smaller Dell all in ones I have read and it is true that the key to a successful setup is to remove the dongle from the mouse that came with it FIRST! It "controls/turns on/works" the keyboard too! The voice assistant helped me get started quickly. Love the screen size, the simplicity of the new look - no more cables! My HP printer and wireless network were 'accepted' with no problems after making some minor personal adjustments. VOILA! Did. I have since moved all my files from an external hard drive and am enjoying my new setup. others I looked at (and actually ordered first but caught myself and canceled) others are HP Pavilion all-in-ones which cost around $1,500. Three days after I bought it for around $1000 I did some checking and came across a new even lower price around $900+ --- called Revain but they have no "value for money" - -- Phew!
