Review on πŸ“€ 320-Disc Storage Case/Organizer by Tom Goodlow

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Sturdy, but may not hold as many discs as advertised.

I chose this product because it had the best reviews of any major disc organizer and I need to store around 400 discs. All of my CDs are still in their jewel cases, so I wanted to store them more compactly and also keep the inserts with the CDs. The product was delivered on time and arrived undamaged. As described there are two separate three ring binders inside to accommodate more discs on more conveniently sized rings and each ring holds 20 eight cavity (double sided) sleeves. The exterior feels solid and the handle is securely stitched, enough to carry the binder even when it's very full and heavy. The zipper seems to be the least durable part of the binding, although it hasn't let me down yet. I've been using it for about two weeks. As planned, I transferred my CDs and inserts to it and put the inserts (booklets and inserts on the back of the jewel cases) in each pocket. The pockets are wide enough to hold regular sized brochures and CDs, although I wish they were long enough to fit in the rear CD trays without sticking out, as I'm worried about damaging some of them with a zip. Some of the thicker booklets won't fit, but there's a stretchable mesh pocket on the front of the binding that's good for storage. I now have about 220 CDs in the portfolio, most with booklets, and that seems to be the maximum that can comfortably hold and pack them. I find it's a bit cramped and it would be better if it only had about 200 in it. It seems good enough for my purposes and sounds better than other headphones of this size available so far. I have ordered a second one for my remaining CDs.
