I used to buy amber blue blocking glasses. I stopped wearing them - there's no particular reason other than that I forgot. I sit at the computer a lot and my eyes get tired, so I found out that the LifeArt glasses block blue light. I like the retro style (although too big for my face). They are light, very comfortable and do not strain the eyes. My eyes are happy. I never forget to wear them. My husband loves them on me (bonus). The best part is that I sleep better. In front of the glasses, my eyes were in a kind of electrified waking state and I had a hard time falling asleep. Once I started wearing these glasses, I started sleeping a lot better.
