After speaking to the seller I was able to install the shower head correctly - the parts they sent me were very different from the instructions that came with them but the seller was very helpful! However, after I installed the shower head with the help of the salesman, as soon as I turned on the water the bottom hinge of the shower head failed and the whole thing fell against the wall. Serious injury could result if someone uses the shower head. I will definitely return the item. In my experience, good customer service, bad product. Original Rating: It's like I have half of two different styles. According to the product description and customer testimonial photos, I should have received a shower head with pivot points with the attachment that was sent to me. But instead they sent me an arm with pivot points, and it doesn't work with the hub mount style they sent me. I have written to the seller hoping that he would send me one of the parts needed but it is very frustrating to have the shower out of order while I wait to hear from them.
