No hard plastic. Doesn't shine on both sides.

If you're looking for hard, shiny plastic confetti, this is NOT it. It seems that they are made of plastic tablecloth. One side is glossy and the other side is white and matte. It can be used, but I would prefer the usual hard, shiny material commonly used for confetti. On the other hand, it had no smell and looked pretty. Snowflakes are well cut out, I just found a strange shape.
