I usually don't like to write reviews because I didn't have the time. But after using this neck massager I want to share my experience as I really like it and it helped me release tension when I bend my neck at work or using my cellphone all the time. The instructions are a bit confusing at first as you had to download their app to use them. I almost gave up setting it up lol. First you download their app on your phone, turn on the massager, the app will start to scan your massager, it took some time to find your massager. Once you see your device in the apps list, just tap on it and you're done! The app is not difficult to use, but I highly recommend that this company includes instructions on how to use the app with the massager. You can set the strength and time, temperature and type of massage via the app. I'll try low strength first before you get used to it. You might not like it when you turn on the current too high. Charging is easy, just plug the charger into your computer's USB port and it's ready to go in 30 minutes. And the battery lasts quite a long time after charging. If you want to feel the power of the massager more, lie on the massage pillow - it's the most relaxing way. I usually use it before bed after an exhausting day. This lets me sleep well tonight! The best thing I love about this massager is that it can take the pressure off your neck and make it feel less tired after using it. This massager is great! This is a great gift for anyone who always works in front of the screen or uses their cell phone a lot. It's well done too. The quality is above my expectations. I am very happy with the money spent!
