Returned due to device issues. Upon receipt, I plugged in the MacBook and turned it on. I checked the USB ports and one of them was unreliable and I couldn't connect the device to the other. The retina screen looked good when it was on, the only positive. After some time of setup, when the MacBook showed a decent charge, I unplugged it, the MacBook immediately turned off and would not turn on unless plugged back in. I left my MacBook plugged in overnight and logged in the next morning when I unplugged it it shut down immediately. Despite 80% battery life, the guarantee was wrong. I contacted the seller using the information on the card and he immediately got in touch with Revain to process the return. Nothing will help, just go back through Revain. The only positive thing is that Revain processed the return straight away and I was able to get my money back to buy another MacBook. I expected some problems with a "refurbished" device, but never a complete failure of some functions. I do not recommend buying from this seller.
