Firm, takes some time to adjust and quite short
I like it but wish it was three or four inches longer so it really fits the entire massage table. I have an 11 year old standard size Earthlite table. This pillow leaves 2 inches on each side if you try to place it in the center of the table for the customer to put on the table. I'll add an image later, but it should definitely be longer. That being said, I love the height and my clients love it, except it's not as wide as a massage table.
