This stand solves the common problem of missing factory TV stands and is solid once assembled. However, due to the design of the TV, you should carefully measure the distance from the top mounting hole to the bottom of the TV. If it exceeds 535mm (21.1"), the stand will not work for you. This is an issue when the TV like mine has a maximum vertical mounting hole spacing of 400mm which means my 46" TV will barely fit on this stand. Also make sure that the mounting screws do not touch the base. I had to buy shorter screws to avoid possible catastrophic damage that screws that were too long could do to the TV.
