Does exactly what it says on the tin

Setting up this watch was relatively easy. This is a crisp watch with a rose gold case and a dusty light pink strap. The band can be replaced with another 20 mm wide band. The screen has thick bezels, but that's about what you'd expect for the price. It had about 25% battery when it arrived at my doorstep and I unboxed it and downloaded the Zeroner Health Pro app onto my Samsung phone. The app asked me to create an account, enter my gender/age/weight/height and fitness goals, and then just pair it with my watch after turning on bluetooth. From 2 days I had no problem reconnecting the watch to the app. To get the best access to this watch's features, you'll need to give it all the necessary permissions (although that may seem a bit intrusive). In the app, you can change the watch face to a custom photo that you downloaded to your phone. You can also set multiple scheduled alarms and reminders to move to keep you moving. In the smart reminders option you can choose which apps want to send you notifications (including messages and phone) --- on Android I could choose almost all my apps to do this, which is amazing. There's a camera option where the watch can act as a camera remote for your phone - this can be useful if you're using a tripod. You can change the time from military to 12 hours and set the date format. You can also change the language and unit of measurement. There's a vibration reminder option that lets you essentially handle all incoming notifications from your phone personally - you can change the vibration pattern for each notification, as well as the time it vibrates. One option, called the palm gesture, lets you wiggle your wrist and the watch face lights up to show you the time. You can set the amount of time the palming gesture is active, which is very useful if you don't want the watch to light up at night and wake you up. You can set how long the watch screen stays on, the default is 5 seconds, but you can definitely fine-tune it. Finally, you can set a Do Not Disturb time interval in your notifications (this has to be done in the app) so you don't get vibrations from the watch at night. Coming to some features of this watch: You can activate an automatic heart rate tracker that will record your heart rate 24/7 throughout the day. I found it accurate enough. This data is not only displayed as a small graphic on the watch itself, but is also displayed in more detail in the application. You can enable a heart rate guide in the app, where you can set a "safe" heart rate interval. If you exceed this interval, you will be warned. You can also turn on the watch's heart rate tracker, which will upload the data to the app and show you a scatterplot called Heart Health while giving you a health score. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but I go to the doctor every year and the watch has actually determined that my heart is healthy and functioning properly. In order to track your sleep, you need to enable the scientific sleep option on your watch. While I was a little confused as to how it works, the watch somehow senses your movements when you fall asleep. However, it only works at night above a certain unedited interval, so don't expect to use it for sleeping. To compare its accuracy, I used the scientific sleep option and compared it to a sleep tracking app called Sleep Cycle. They were very similar and both sleep schedules seemed to be closely related. However the clock said I had 20 more minutes of sleep so be aware the time can be a bit behind. You can see all your sleep data in the app, which gives you a detailed chart and evaluates your sleep every night. You can also tell the app information like "I ate late", "I had a busy day", "Not my bed", etc., which can help it understand external factors that may have affected your sleep. . In addition to the heart rate sensor. , you can view your steps as a chart on the watch or in the app. The pedometer is accurate if you move your hand while walking. If you don't, he won't record your steps, so keep that in mind. Your watch will tell you how close you got to your goal and how many steps you've walked in miles (unless you use such a metric). The clock also has a graph for a feature called "Stand" which I haven't yet figured out what it does. It doesn't seem to measure how often you get up (or it doesn't do it very well). The watch also features a chart of estimated calorie burn based on your exercise and steps throughout the day. Finally, the watch has the ability to pause/play the sound playing on your phone and increase or decrease the volume on your phone. a variant that tracks arrhythmias, performs a stress test (which is registered as a fatigue index in the app and doesn't seem particularly reliable) and measures blood oxygen levels. For anyone interested in this watch due to COVID-19, the blood oximeter appears to be fairly accurate so far. You can also view all notifications received on your watch in a folder called Messages, view your set alarms, turn on a stopwatch or timer, and use a compass. The watch also has all the workout settings - there are plenty of these that will definitely appeal to a fitness lover. As someone who exercises daily, it works well and syncs directly with the app. In the clock settings, you can adjust the clock face, brightness and reset the clock. There are 4 watch face designs that come standard with the watch and remember you can change the custom watch face from your app. To be honest, one of the main reasons I chose this watch was the dials. They're one of the best cheap smartwatches I've seen and they actually look good. I've attached pictures of them to this review so make sure you like them because you'll get used to them once you buy this watch. The last photo is a custom version of the dial. The brightness of this watch can be adjusted manually with a variety of options, or it can be adjusted automatically as the watch adjusts itself. This is a fairly bright screen that's easily viewable in direct sunlight. I will continue to update this review over time to give you a true sense of how this watch performs on a day to day basis! UPDATE: UPDATE: It has been many weeks since I received the watch and everything is still going very well. I had to connect the watch to the app twice but I believe it was just an error on the app side and the watch reconnected when I restarted the phone both times. All my notifications come with no problems. One thing to note is that the alarms you can set on the watch have a much softer vibration than those used for notifications, so I've found that alarms are only good for quick things like taking medication and not for waking up a potentially deep sleep. . The battery was pretty good and I charge it about every 4-5 days. I did some exercises with the watch and they worked great. As you exercise, it shows you duration and heart rate, which you can tap to see other features like calories burned, steps taken, and so on. All information is displayed on the screen after the workout and then synced to the app for you to take a closer look at later. I have found that the silicone watch strap is a bit irritating to my skin. I experienced a slight itching on my wrist during the day for a week which was not the case with my other watches. Fortunately, this is easily fixed with another 20mm quick release watch strap. I ended up buying a quick release leather strap and I think it improved the look of the watch as well. I've noticed that many of the reviews on this watch appear to be fake - this can be seen from the bad grammar. and vague as they all describe it. While annoying, I can assure you that this review is totally legit, so take it as you will.
