Review on CDWERD by Isaac Shankar

CDWERD may look like a great online shop, but I had a terrible shopping experience with them. Their selection of kitchen and household goods is extensive, however I was not impressed by their customer service or speed of delivery. To begin with, I had to repeatedly contact customer support to find out the status of my transaction. When my shipment arrived, I found that the item was of poor quality. It seems like the quality of the sheets and pillowcases was worse than what was shown on the website. The process of returning the item was tedious and annoying. I had to try contacting them several times before I finally got through, and even then, they were slow and unhelpful. I felt frustrated and unsatisfied with my buying experience as a whole. Overall, CDWERD is not a site I'd suggest shopping at. Even though they have a wide selection of products, my experience with their customer service and shipping has been less than stellar. I wouldn't recommend it if you're hoping for a simple shopping trip.
