The pillow seems well made, but they're not kidding when they say flat. Fluffed in the dryer per instructions, after which it seemed fairly fluffy and I was optimistic. Tried it out, and basically there is very little down in the pillow. When you're lying on it, it squishes down to less than 1/2" thick - not much different than not having a pillow. Even if you fold the pillow in half it's very flat, and then it's not very comfortable. (It's so flat you can't help but think they inadvertently left out most of the filling.) I sometimes sleep on my stomach and thought this pillow might be what I've been looking for - unfortunately not. Returned
